Here are 10 concepts that you can base a tight 3-minute presentation around. 

 

Remember the 3 Point format:  start with a take-away that summarizes your point of view, end with a Call To Action that identifies your stakeholder and your ASK - and connect the two with a Bridge that persuades the listeners with facts, data, and analyis.
